Governor to sign H.570 (F&W omnibus bill) and Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for Buck Lake's New Facilities

  

H.570 achieved:

* Aids Vermont's existing Sport Shooting Ranges in making improvements for safety, noise and environmental protection.

* Repeals the 2017 sunset for suppressors, making the possession and use of suppressors legal without threat of the sunset.

* Brings penalties for F&W violations into being more uniform.  

* Repeals the ban on felt soled waders.

* Repeals the ban on felt waders.
